Why do we chase success?

I suppose there are a lot of reasons but off the top of my head, money, security, recognition, power, influence, and a sense of personal achievement tend to be pretty common themes.

But I don't think many of us chase it so we can work more.

Not really.

I think what we're actually chasing is the freedom to live our lives in ways that make us happy.

Because isn't a happy life what all of us are striving for?

So more success should bring us greater joy and freedom, yet it often does the opposite.

The more we achieve, the more we work because we’ve been conditioned to believe that this is what leads to success.

But what if you could enjoy high levels of success without sacrificing your work life balance?

Imagine waking up, feeling rested and excited for the day ahead.

You get up, get in a quick workout, eat some breakfast with your family, and start your workday. You slowly sip a cup of coffee while you review your calendar. You have the perfect day laid out; productive but not too busy, starting with your most important tasks and projects and holding off on emails, Slack, and calls until after lunch. Any meetings you have are absolutely necessary, have clear objectives and desired outcomes, and are a valuable use of your time.

You’re able to do focused work without being constantly interrupted throughout the day to put out “fires” because you’ve set clear boundaries and your colleagues respect them. You take an hour lunch break that includes a 20 minute walk where you enjoy the lovely weather and listen to a new audio book you just got. You’ve set aside some time at the end of the day for reflection to review what you’ve accomplished and plan for tomorrow.

You stop working at around 5:00pm and spend your evening enjoying quality time with friends and family.

  • Weekly or bi-weekly 1-on-1 coaching session held over Zoom in 30- and/or 60-minute blocks, depending on what best fits your schedule.

  • Personalized assessments and resource libraries.

  • Private Messaging between session for ongoing guidance, support and problem-solving.

  • Regular Accountability Check-In’s via text/phone/Zoom.

  • Bonus: Four (4) free 30-minute follow up sessions to use within a year after your coaching program ends.

  • Sessions are via phone or video. I don’t offer in-person sessions, but I do work with clients internationally all over the world.
